Genomic Valley Biotech Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will also consider any other matter with the permission of the chairman. The 'trading window' for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from January 01, 2026, until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 15, 2026, for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons covered under the code.
