Genomic Valley: Open Offer for 26% Stake at ₹30 Per Share

Fintellectual Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to BSE for the public shareholders of Genomic Valley Biotech Ltd. Mr. Pankaj Grover and Mr. Abhisek Gupta are making an open offer to acquire up to 7,94,170 equity shares, representing 26% of the voting share capital, at an offer price of ₹30 per share. This offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The offer is not conditional on minimum acceptance and is not a competing offer. No statutory approvals are currently required, but the offer may be subject to them if they become applicable. The offer price or size may be revised up to one working day before the tendering period begins.
