Genpharmasec Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Genpharmasec Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2026. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during this period. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
