Rajesh Sadhwani Acquires 0.90% Stake in Genpharmasec Ltd

Rajesh Mirchumal Sadhwani, identified as part of the promoter/promoter group, has acquired an additional 0.90% stake in Genpharmasec Limited through open market purchases. This acquisition, executed on August 28, 2026, brings the total shareholding of Rajesh Sadhwani and his Person Acting in Concert (PAC), Sneha Sadhwani, to 30.88% of the total share capital.
