Chiswick Investment Sells 11.03% Stake in Genus Power

Chiswick Investment Pte Ltd has disclosed the sale of 33,559,114 equity shares, representing 11.03% of the total share capital, in Genus Power Infrastructures Limited. Prior to this transaction, Chiswick held 45,978,965 shares, amounting to 15.113% of the total share capital. Following the sale, Chiswick's holding in Genus Power has reduced to 12,419,851 shares, which constitutes 4.082% of the total share capital. The sale was conducted through open market transactions on June 30, 2026. This disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
