Geojit Financial Services Appoints New Nominee Director

Geojit Financial Services Ltd has announced a change in its board of directors with the appointment of Mr. Snehil Kumar Singh IAS as a Non-Executive Nominee Director. He replaces Mr. Arun K Vijayan IAS, both nominated by Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (KSIDC). The change is effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026. Mr. Singh, an IAS officer and Managing Director of KSIDC, brings administrative experience from various government roles. He is not related to any existing directors, key managerial personnel, or promoters of Geojit Financial Services.
