Getalong Enterprise Invests ₹1.5 Crore in Osiyaa Polypacks

Getalong Enterprise Ltd announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of ₹1.5 Crore (15,00,000 equity shares at ₹10 per share) in M/s. Osiyaa Polypacks Limited. This investment, made via preferential allotment, will result in Getalong Enterprise holding 33.72% of Osiyaa Polypacks' equity share capital. The acquisition is considered a related party transaction but is conducted at arm's length and has prior member approval. Osiyaa Polypacks is involved in manufacturing PP granules to PP tapes, woven fabrics, and sacks. The acquisition is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
