Getalong Enterprise Ltd. has approved the investment of Rs. 30,00,000 in Osiyaa Polypacks Limited, a manufacturing and packing company incorporated in India on 08/12/2022. This investment will be made through a preferential allotment of 3,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 10/- per share.
