GFL Reappoints Shashi Kishore Jain as Director

GFL Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Shashi Kishore Jain (DIN: 00443861) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of 5 years, effective from May 30, 2026, to May 29, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
