GG Automotive Gears Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 Results in 2026

GG Automotive Gears Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial persons and their immediate relatives, have been intimated not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the company's securities/shares during the closure of the trading window period.
