GHCL Textiles Approves Q2FY27 Results & ₹415 Cr Capex

GHCL Textiles Ltd announced its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved an additional capital budget of approximately ₹415.25 crore for FY27, primarily for establishing a new spinning unit with a capacity of 58,368 spindles in Manaparai, Tamil Nadu. The financial results were prepared in compliance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS) and were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP.
