GHCL Textiles Board to Meet on April 30 for FY26 Results & Dividend

GHCL Textiles Ltd has announced that its 29th Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026. The board will consider and approve the audited financial results and annual accounts for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Other key agenda items include the recommendation of a dividend for FY26, approval of the Board’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, and Secretarial Audit report. The board will also fix the date for the 6th Annual General Meeting, approve its notice, and consider the appointment of Statutory, Internal, and Cost Auditors. Additionally, the Capital and Revenue Budgets for FY2026-27 will be discussed. The trading window remains closed until May 2, 2026.
