Gian Life Care Ltd to Approve Q3 and Q4 Financial Results on 21st February, 2026

Gian Life Care Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 21st February, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarters ended 30th September, 2025 and 31st December, 2025. The meeting will take place in Kanpur. The trading window for dealing in shares of the company has been closed from 1st October, 2025 for all Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company as defined in the Code, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the information is made public.
