Gillanders Arbuthnot Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Prevention

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from July 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and three months ending June 30th, 2026.
