Gillette India Legal Head Moves to Regional P&G Role

Gillette India Limited has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Ghanashyam Hegde, the company's Legal Head, will be transitioning to a regional role within P&G as Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Market Operations, India, Middle East, Turkey & Africa. This change will be effective from July 1, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Hegde will cease to be part of the India leadership team as of the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. This move follows a previous intimation dated February 24, 2026, regarding his upcoming regional assignment.
