Gita Renewable Energy Limited has announced its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 04:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the AGM. Book closure for the AGM will be from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, inclusive. Remote e-voting will be available from September 22, 2026, to September 24, 2026. The audited financial statements for FY 2025-26 are among the items to be adopted at the AGM.
