Gita Renewable Energy Ltd Board Approves Standalone Unaudited Results

Gita Renewable Energy Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. N N Kumar & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY27, Mr. Emmanuel as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent), and the re-appointment of Mr. Sankaran Sivasailapathi as Independent Director. Additionally, the Board approved the adoption of new Memorandum and Articles of Association, subject to shareholder approval. The resignation of Mr. Seshadri Sekar as Independent Director was also accepted.
