Gita Renewable Energy Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025

Gita Renewable Energy Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2026, and will be reopened after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board meeting where the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be approved. The date of the Board meeting is yet to be announced.
