Gita Renewable Energy Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be reopened after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board meeting where the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be approved. The date of the Board meeting is yet to be intimated. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
