GK Energy Ltd to Incorporate Five Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

GK Energy Limited's Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of five wholly owned subsidiaries: GK Energy BESS Private Limited, GK Energy BESS One Private Limited, GK Energy BESS Two Private Limited, GK Energy BESS Three Private Limited, and GK Energy BESS Four Private Limited. These subsidiaries will operate within the Energy Sector. The incorporation is subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The holding company will subscribe to the initial share capital at face value, making these entities 100% owned. Further updates will be provided upon completion of the incorporation process.
