Glance Finance Ltd Proposes to Invest Rs. 31,73,040 in Kotson's Private Limited for 62,400 Shares

Glance Finance Ltd has proposed to invest a sum of Rs. 31,73,040 in Kotson's Private Limited. This investment will be made by acquiring 62,400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 50.85 each. This is not a related party transaction and the consideration is in cash. The acquisition is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025. Kotson's Private Limited is in the business of designing, manufacturing, and supplying advanced transformer solutions. It has a diverse array of transformer solutions, from Oil Filled and Dry Type to Special Purpose and Renewable Energy applications. Its present plant production capacity is 4,000 MVA. The last three years turnover details are as follows: F.Y. 2023-24: Nil, F.Y. 2022-23: 16.45 Cr., F.Y. 2021-22: 32.51 Cr. The acquired entity, Kotson's Private Limited, has its presence in India.
