Gland Pharma Board Appoints New Director, Reappoints Independent Director

Gland Pharma Limited announced significant changes to its Board of Directors following a meeting on June 15, 2026. Mr. Udo Jahannes Vetter was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. Additionally, Mr. William Robert Keller was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive - Independent Director). The company also accepted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Satyanarayana Murthy Chavali due to a potential conflict of interest. Consequently, Mr. Essaji Goolam Vahanvati was appointed as a Director on the Board of Gland Pharma International Pte. Ltd (Material Subsidiary). Board committees have also been realigned.
