Gland Pharma Signs Strategic CDMO Deal with Global Pharma Firm

Gland Pharma Limited has announced a strategic Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (MSA) with a leading global pharmaceutical company. This partnership establishes Gland Pharma as an integrated, end-to-end CDMO partner for a portfolio of sterile injectable products, including oncology and non-oncology drugs in various presentations like vials, ampoules, and pre-filled syringes. The agreement covers technology transfer, process development, manufacturing, and long-term supply. It is expected to provide strong long-term business visibility, with revenue generation anticipated from calendar year 2029. The deal currently includes 55 SKUs across three sites, with potential for expansion, and an estimated annualized revenue potential of USD 90-100 million upon full commercialization. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Gland Pharma's CDMO business growth.
