Gland Pharma Subsidiary Appoints Ajay Sahni as CEO

Gland Pharma International Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gland Pharma Limited, has appointed Mr. Ajay Sahni as its Chief Executive Officer, effective November 2, 2026. Mr. Sahni will also be responsible for the Cenexi business, a step-down subsidiary. He will report to the CEO of Gland Pharma Limited. Mr. Sahni brings over 36 years of experience in the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries, with expertise in financial management, business development, and general management. His previous roles include Managing Director at Pinewood Healthcare Ltd. and Wockhardt Bio AG, and President of Wockhardt France SAS.
