Gleam Fabmat Ltd, formerly known as GLAAM UP JWEL LIMITED, has appointed Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor and Appa & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. The appointments were made during a Board of Directors meeting held on February 11, 2026. Vaibhav Sharma & Associates, a Peer Reviewed Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has significant experience in Corporate Laws, FEMA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Due Diligences and Secretarial Audit. Appa & Associates has extensive experience in auditing, financial analysis, and risk management, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
