Gleam Fabmat Ltd Appoints Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and Appa & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-2026

Gleam Fabmat Ltd, formerly known as GLAAM UP JWEL LIMITED, has appointed Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor and Appa & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. The appointments were made during a Board of Directors meeting held on 11th February 2026. Vaibhav Sharma & Associates, a Peer Reviewed Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), will conduct the secretarial audit, while Appa & Associates, with extensive experience in auditing, financial analysis, and risk management, will conduct the internal audit. The appointments are in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation. 2015 and relevant Master Circulars.
