Glen Industries Ltd conducted its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 20, 2026, held via Video Conferencing. Key resolutions passed included the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, appointment of directors, ratification of statutory auditors, and approval of revised remuneration for key whole-time directors.
