Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a dividend of INR 2.50 per equity share. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mrs. Blanche Saldanha as a Non-Executive Director and ratification of remuneration for the Cost Auditor, M/s.
