Glittek Granites Board Approves New Office, Auditor Appointments, RTA Change

Glittek Granites Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved several key decisions. These include the establishment of a new corporate office in Ahmedabad, the appointment of M/s. R. R. Tibrewala & CO. as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, and the appointment of KJB & Co. LLP as the new Secretarial Auditor for a similar term. The Board also approved the discontinuation of MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited and the appointment of MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the new Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). Additionally, the Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The resignation of the previous Secretarial Auditor, Ms. Kriti Daga, was also noted.
