Global Health Ltd Expands Footprint with 550-Bed Hospital in Noida, Q2 Revenue Grows 14.8% Y-o-Y

Global Health Ltd, one of the largest private multi-specialty tertiary care providers in North and East India, announced its Q2 FY26 results. The company reported a 14.8% Y-o-Y increase in consolidated total income, reaching INR 11,189 million. The new 550-bed super speciality hospital in Noida contributed to this growth. The hospital generated revenue of INR 39 million and an EBITDA loss of INR 197 million. The company's matured hospitals revenue grew 5.4% Y-o-Y to INR 7,200 million, while developing hospitals (excluding Noida) revenue increased 28.3% Y-o-Y to INR 3,531 million. The company added 37 new beds in Patna and 57 beds in H1 FY26. Occupied bed days increased by 7.7% Y-o-Y, representing an occupancy of ~64% on increased bed capacity. The company's ARPOB grew by 5.5% Y-o-Y to INR 65,570 in Q2 FY26. International Patients Revenue increased by 48.5% Y-o-Y to INR 762 million in Q2 FY26.
