Global Longlife Hospital Re-appoints Independent Director for 5 Years

Global Longlife Hospital and Research Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Manasvi Manu Thapar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. The re-appointment, effective from September 10, 2026, to September 09, 2031, was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 2026. Mr. Thapar, who holds a B.A. L.L.B (Hons.) degree and has professional experience, is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
