Global Surfaces Approves FY26 Audited Results

Global Surfaces Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They also approved the reappointment of M/s NIA & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and recommended the redesignation of Mr. Yashwant Kumar Sharma as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval effective July 1, 2026. A notice of postal ballot was approved to seek shareholder approval on various matters. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
