Global Surfaces Approves FY26 Results, Reappoints Internal Auditor

Global Surfaces Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. M/s NIA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Mr. Yashwant Kumar Sharma was re-designated from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a notice for a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval on various matters.
