Globalspace Tech Appoints Tania Mazumdar as CEO & KMP

Globalspace Technologies Ltd has appointed Ms. Tania Mazumdar as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The decision was made during a board meeting held on May 15, 2026, where the board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of M/s. Maheshwari Maheshwari & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
