Globalspace Technologies Re-appoints Independent Director for Second Term

Globalspace Technologies Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Girish Kasaragode Mallya as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to member approval. The Board of Directors also approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, on a standalone and consolidated basis, along with the Limited Review Report. The 16th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026. The trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results announcement.
