Globe Commercials Ltd has announced the postponement of its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for September 30, 2026. The meeting was to consider audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the agenda for the Annual General Meeting. The postponement is due to the sudden demise of Whole-time Director, Mrs. Kameswari Sivalenka, on September 22, 2026. The board meeting has been rescheduled to October 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with the agenda remaining unchanged. The trading window will continue to remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
