Globe Commercials Ltd, now known as Globe Multi Ventures Limited, has submitted its 40th Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25. The report includes the financial statements, directors' report, and auditors' report. The company has also announced the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 29, 2025, through video conferencing. The AGM will consider the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company also proposes to re-appoint Mr. Satya Murthy Sivalenka as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director.
