Globus Constructors Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhay Khanna as Whole-Time Director for five years. Additionally, drafts of the Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were approved, along with the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting and the appointment of a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
