The main agenda for this meeting is to consider and take on record the standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's directors and senior employees, which commenced its closure on October 1, 2026, will remain closed until November 3, 2026, and will subsequently reopen on November 4, 2026.
