Globus Spirits Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q4 and FY26 Financial Results

Globus Spirits Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 07/05/2026 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the 4th Quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. The meeting will also consider the declaration of a dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and fix the Record Date / Book Closure date. The trading window for Directors and Senior employees of the company, which has been closed since 01st April 2026, will reopen on 10th May 2026.
