Gloster Ltd: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Gloster Ltd has announced changes in its board of directors. Shri Yogendra Singh has resigned as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 7, 2026, due to the conclusion of his term representing LIC. Concurrently, Smt. Meeta Khare has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, also effective August 7, 2026, to represent LIC on the board. Smt. Khare holds a B.Sc. in Operational Research and previously served as an Executive Director (Estates) at LIC.
