Gloster Ltd Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Gloster Ltd announced the resignation of Shri Yogendra Singh, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 7, 2026, due to the completion of his term representing LIC. Concurrently, the company appointed Smt. Meeta Khare as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, also effective August 7, 2026, to represent Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Smt. Meeta Khare holds a B.Sc. in Operational Research and previously served as Executive Director (Estates) at LIC.
