Gloster Ltd: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Gloster Ltd has announced changes in its board of directors. Shri Yogendra Singh, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has resigned from the board effective August 7, 2026, due to the completion of his term representing LIC. Concurrently, Smt. Meeta Khare has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 7, 2026, to represent Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Smt. Khare holds a B.Sc. in Operational Research and previously served as Executive Director (Estates) at LIC.
