Gloster Ltd Resubmits Director Resignation and Appointment Filing

Gloster Ltd has resubmitted its filings regarding the resignation of Mr. Yogendra Singh and the appointment of Mrs. Meeta Khare as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The company attributed the initial omission to an inadvertent miss. Mr. Singh's resignation is effective August 7, 2026, due to the completion of his nominee directorship term on behalf of LIC. Mrs. Khare, with a B.Sc. in Operational Research and prior experience as Executive Director (Estates) at LIC, has been appointed to represent LIC on the board.
