Glottis Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Declaration of Q4 and Yearly Results for FY2026

Glottis Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 01, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is due to the consideration and declaration of the audited financial results of the company for the year and 4th quarter ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
