
GMM Pfaudler Q2 FY26 Revenue Up 14% QoQ, EBITDA Up 20% QoQ; Completes SEMCO Acquisition
GMM Pfaudler Limited, a global leader in corrosion-resistant technologies, systems, and services, has announced its second quarter (Q2 FY26) and half year results (H1 FY26) for the period ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated EBITDA of ₹122 crore, representing a 20% increase QoQ and 27% YoY. The revenue stood at ₹902 crore with an EBITDA margin of 13.5%. The revenue for H1 FY26 was up 7% YoY and EBITDA up 21% YoY. The order intake for Q2 FY26 was ₹878 crores, with an order backlog of ₹2,146 crores. The company has completed the acquisition of SEMCO Tecnologia em Processos Ltda., Brazil, which will allow it to tap into the rapidly growing Mining, Metals & Minerals, and Water Treatment markets in South America.
