GMR Airports Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

GMR Airports Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal codes. The trading window will be shut from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The company will separately inform the exchange about the date of the Board Meeting convened to consider these financial results.
