GMR Airports Handles Over 39.4 Mn Pax in YTD FY26, Up 1.5% YoY

GMR Airports Ltd, formerly known as GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited, has reported a resilient traffic performance for July 2025, handling over 39.4 million passengers in YTD FY26, representing a 1.5% year-over-year increase. The growth was primarily driven by the domestic traffic, which saw a 0.9% YoY increase, while the international traffic remained relatively stable with a 0.5% YoY growth. However, the traffic growth was affected by temporary disruptions in flight operations due to changed airspace conditions amid geopolitical events and ongoing runway upgradation at Delhi Airport. The company also reported the highest-ever passenger traffic and aircraft movements at Hyderabad and Medan airports.
