GMR Airports June 2026 Traffic: ~10 mn Pax, Q1 FY27 Hits Record

GMR Airports reported its monthly traffic data for June 2026, serving approximately 10 million passengers across its portfolio airports, a marginal 0.3% year-on-year decline. Domestic traffic was 7.4 million (down 0.4% YoY), while international traffic stood at 2.4 million (up 0.1% YoY). The company highlighted traffic resilience, with monthly passenger numbers consistently around 10 million since October 2025. For the first quarter of FY27, GMR Airports achieved a record 30.2 million total passengers, driven by strong domestic traffic at Delhi Airport, which accounts for about 67% of total traffic. Delhi Airport also recorded its highest-ever Q1 total and domestic passenger traffic, along with record aircraft movements and cargo volumes. Hyderabad Airport reported its highest international passenger and aircraft movements since February 2026. The report attributes muted growth to geopolitical events, airspace conditions, and macroeconomic challenges, with specific mention of supply-side constraints affecting Medan airport.
