Go Digit Independent Director Resigns Due to New CMD Role

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd announced the resignation of its Independent Director, Mr. Giridhar Aramane, effective September 10, 2026. The resignation is attributed to increased responsibilities and time commitments following his appointment as Chairman and Managing Director of Unitech Limited, as per Supreme Court and Ministry of Corporate Affairs orders. Mr. Aramane confirmed no other material reasons for his departure. He previously held directorships and committee positions in Cyient DLM Limited, Axiscades Technologies Limited, and Unitech Limited.
